Just finished my nightmare with them. 1st day they called to reschedule due to a restaurant emergency. Fine, I understand things happen. 2nd day they missed their appt window; when I called them they had no record of me. 3rd night they actually showed up on time; plumber couldn’t identify the exact issue but caulked where he thought the leak was. It wasn’t it. Called them back the next morning & the soonest they could come back was next Monday. That Monday the plumber couldn’t replicate the issue so they applied more caulked, and said to call them if it happens again.

Did they at least call to let you know they’d be late and give a new ETA?

If no... If it wasn’t so hard to get skilled work on short notice I’d cancel just for principle (once they arrived. Waste their time too)
